As the host, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline of September 21st. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 7 days prior to your event. 

The fundraiser will be $45 per person and $15 per person will go back to your fundraiser within a week after your event paid by check to your organization.


If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 20 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 20 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (5 days prior to event), your deposit will NOT be refunded but your event will still take place. The max should be about 30 guests in studio.

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can attend the workshop so please be sure everyone registers. 

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid we will set up your exclusive registration link.

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainbirmingham@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
