Reservation: A $100 booking fee is required to reserve a private, offsite event to enjoy the workshop for up to 3 hours! Non-refundable.

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $45-$75. Once deposit is finalized, you will go to our project gallery (subject to change) located on the website and decide which up to 3 projects you would like to offer to your group.  Once you've narrowed down your projects, please let us know the projects you've decided on and if everyone is paying individually or you're paying for everyone.  We will then begin working on a link for you event that you will share with your guests to register. This may take unto 48 hours to create.

Registration: Your guests will need to individually go to your party link and complete the entire checkout process via your reservations link once created.  If you did not receive a confirmation email in the email address entered at checkout, YOUR ORDER DID NOT PROCESS. Orders that do not process completely WILL NOT be prepared.  Registration closes 5-10 days prior to your party in order to create your designs and build your projects. Invoice total will be due at this time for group pay. 

Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction!  All projects are raw wood and your guests customize everything offsite from choice of stains and paints.

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainbhaminc@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
