Reservation: A $75 booking fee($100 offsite) is required to reserve the studio space for private parties. This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop for up to 2.5 hours. Non-refundable. Does not apply towards product purchase. This fee allows you the privacy of our entire studio space, dedicated workshop leader, personalized web link for ordering and payment, the ability to bring food/beverage of choice if so desired.

Registration: Your guests will need to individually go to your party link(will be created and sent to you) and complete the entire checkout process via your reservation link once created.  If you did not receive a confirmation email in the email address entered at checkout, YOUR ORDER DID NOT PROCESS. Orders that do not process completely WILL NOT be prepared. Order changes, if approved, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Registration closes 7 days after your project link is shared with you, in order to create your designs and build your projects. Late submissions may be subject to a rush order fee. Invoice total will be due at this time. EVERYONE ENTERING THE STUDIO MUST BE REGISTERED AND PRE-PAID.

Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction!  Please dress accordingly. Aprons will be provided.

Food/Drinks: We are BYOB for your drinks and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. We also provide tables for food/drinks/raffles UPON REQUEST NOW AS THIS AFFECTS OTHER WORKSHOP TIMES AND EMPLOYEE SCHEDULING. Please bring in paper products, cups, etc. needed for your event. You are responsible for ALL food and beverage clean up. No bagged ice or soft coolers. Hard sided coolers of ice are ok. Please dispose of your food items in the dumpster outside after your event. Our trash bins are for art supplies only.

Terms

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainbhaminc@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
