Splatter Room Birthday Party Booking Fee

Let’s Party: Party packages are for 10 people(each additional is $25) and include 8x10 canvases. Booking fee is $250 (non-refundable) for our splatter room which allows you up to 2 hours in studio with the ability to bring in cake, drinks and decorations. We will provide setup and clean up of selected art project and have tables available for your party setup. You are responsible for cake and decoration clean up, including trash, floors and table.

Party Time: We offer availability 7 days a week beginning at 10am with last party booking start time of 5pm Monday-Friday and 1pm-4pm on Sunday. First come first serve basis for booking. Include party date and time in the personalization box below.

Additional RSVP’s: Remaining balance* for any additional rsvp’s over the 10 participants, included in your package, are due 7 days prior to event.
Additional Project Offerings: Splatter room project pricing can be found on our website if you would like larger pieces, wood, pillow cases or bags. Utilize the drop down menu to reflect pricing per project. We will send a separate invoice for upgraded projects due at time of booking. We do offer PayPal and Apple Pay later options if needed. No refund or credit for no shows as we have to purchase supplies in advance.

Occupancy: We ask that you limit additional, non project registered chaperones in studio and we encourage all ages to participate in this fun event. No unregistered children allowed in studio. Max occupancy 24 people for seating. 

What to expect: Time in the splatter room varies by how many participants. We usually take 5-10 minutes to suit up the first group of 3-4 to enter the room, that lasts about 15 minutes or so then the next group goes in. Generally takes about 1 hour depending on party size. You will have the remaining 1 hour for party festivities to entertain your guests.

Add-Ons: We also have a few table games to offer for free if needed and optional fresh popcorn or cotton candy add ons(please add item to your cart before check out).

If we can not take your call we are either teaching a class or hosting an offsite event that requires multiple staff members. Terms

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainbhaminc@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
