Everyone entering the studio must be registered for a project. 
One Project Per Person, Unless Otherwise Noted. This includes Splatter Room.

⛓️Permanent Jewelry appointments are available during any workshop or by request 

Workshops begin promptly at time noted. Out of respect for other makers, please make sure to arrive on time. Failure to arrive on time could result in forfeiting your project and payment. Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the production of your personalized project. Due to the nature of our projects, registrations are non-refundable.  Workshop no-shows will not be eligible to move workshop dates or receive a refund or studio credit of any kind. You will only be eligible to purchase a take home kit and pickup your item within timeframes noted by staff. These terms listed for public workshops supersede those of regular checkout terms. 

❄️Inclement Weather Policy⛈️

At Hammer & Stain, the safety of our makers and staff is our top priority. As a DIY workshop that hosts public classes, we recognize that winter storms, tornadoes and other inclement weather conditions may impact our scheduled events.

☃️Class Cancellation and Rescheduling:
-If it is deemed unsafe for our makers or staff to travel to the workshop, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a future date.
-In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified via email or text. No phone calls will be made.
-It is the responsibility of the maker to check their email/phone for updates regarding the rescheduled class date and time.
We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather. You agree to these terms when registering. Protecting our small business from fraudulent charge backs.

🌪️Options for Rescheduled Classes:
-If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class, you may choose to complete your project during an open paint session or take home kit. Please call us to schedule a time that works within our availability.
-No refunds will be given if you choose not to attend the rescheduled class

☔️Private Parties & Inclement Weather:
-Private parties may also be rescheduled if bad weather occurs on the day of the party. This will happen at the discretion of Management and party host.
