Birthday Party Booking Fee
$50 booking fee (non-refundable) allows you up to 2 hours in studio with the ability to bring in food, drink and decoration! We will provide setup and clean up of selected art project and have tables available for your party setup. We offer availability 7 days a week beginning at 10am with last party booking start time of 6pm. First come first serve basis for booking.
We do offer PayPal and Apple Pay later options if needed.
Only participants and birthday guest of honor chaperones permitted in the studio due to space and insurance purposes. Please contact us if you require additional adult assistance for your party group. We can seat up to 26 at our craft tables. Please adhere to this occupancy limit due to fire codes.
You will be allowed 30 minutes prior to party start time to set up in the studio. Optional fresh popcorn or bagged cotton candy add ons also available (please add item to your cart before check out from drop down menu).
Please remember that you are responsible for all food/beverage and decoration clean up(no glitter or confetti) from floors and tables. Please bring necessary items for food disposal as we are not allowed to have perishable waste in our studio. Only art supply trash in our bins. Please provide hard sided cooler if you plan to bring bagged ice. Soft coolers and plastic bags of ice will melt during your event.
All clean up must be complete and guests exited from facility at your 2 hour end time. If you go over your 2 hour time-slot you will be subject to additional facility fee of $25. Please be respectful of everyone’s time. Arrive at your designated time only and leave at your designated time so that we may prepare for our next guests
WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO ALLOW FOOD AND BEVERAGE(AS OTHER FACILITIES DO) BUT TO BE ABLE TO DO SO YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. LEAVE THE SPACE AS YOU FOUND IT. TABLES, FLOORS, TRASH.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your project. We do not offer refunds.
If you cannot attend the class you signed up for you can pick your project to take home, attend another workshop if available or come to an open studio.
Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood
This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
