PLEASE READING ALL BOOKING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS.

Reservation: A $45 booking fee is required to reserve a table* for private parties during the holiday season. This ensures you have the space needed to enjoy the workshop for up to 2 hours of craft time. Non-refundable. Does not apply towards product purchase. This fee allows you the privacy of your own craft table in the studio, dedicated workshop leader, personalized web link for ordering and payment, the ability to bring a personal beverage and pre-packaged snack of choice if so desired. *Parties of 8 or fewer.

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $35-$87. Price minimum required. Once booking is finalized, you will go to our project gallery (subject to change seasonally) located on the website and decide up to 3 projects you would like to offer to your group. Pricing is listed under each project. Once you've narrowed down your projects, please let us know the projects you've decided on and if everyone is paying individually or you're paying for everyone. YOU MIST PROVIDE PROJECT CHOICES AT TIME OF BOOKING.  We will then begin working on a link for your event that you will share with your guests to register individually. This may take up to 24 hours to create. Please note that if registering less than 2 weeks from party date, some project selections may be limited.

Registration: Your guests will need to individually go to your party link and complete the entire checkout process via your reservation link once created. If you did not receive a confirmation email in the email address entered at checkout, YOUR ORDER DID NOT PROCESS(check spam for company accounts). Orders that do not process completely WILL NOT be prepared. Order changes, if approved, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Registration closes  2-5 days after your project link is shared with you, in order to create your designs and build your projects. Late submissions will be subject to a rush order fee. Invoice total will be due at this time if group pay.

Everyone entering the studio must be registered for a project. 

Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction!  All projects are raw wood and your guests customize everything in studio from choice of stains and paints. Please dress accordingly. Aprons will be provided.

You may bring a personal beverage of choice to consume during your event. 21+ for beer and wine only. No catered food, plated meals, bagged ice permitted.

Terms

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainbhaminc@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
