Reservation: A $45 booking fee is required to reserve a table for private parties during peak times. This ensures you have the table space needed to enjoy the workshop for up to 2 hours of craft time with your group of 12 or fewer. Non-refundable. Does not apply towards product purchase. This fee allows you the privacy of your own craft table in the studio, dedicated workshop leader, personalized web link for ordering and payment, the ability to bring a personal beverage of choice, if so desired and use of television and Bluetooth sound system if needed.

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $35-$87. Once booking is finalized, you will go to our project gallery (subject to change seasonally) located on the website and decide up to 3 projects you would like to offer to your group. Pricing is listed under each project. Once you've narrowed down your projects, please let us know by email, the projects you've decided on and if everyone is paying individually or you're paying for everyone. YOU MUST PROVIDE PROJECT CHOICES AT TIME OF BOOKING by emailing your selections.  We will then begin working on a link for your event that you will share with your guests to register individually. This may take up to 24 hours to create. Please note that if registering less than 2 weeks from party date, project selections may be limited. We book out well in advance and projects take ample time to create. 

Registration: Your guests will need to individually go to your party link(that is emailed to you) and complete the entire checkout process via your reservation link once created. Registration closes  3 days after your project link is shared with you, in order to create your designs and build your projects. Late submissions will be subject to a 20% rush order fee. Invoice total will be due at this time if group pay. You will have up to 24 hours to pay your invoice before accruing up to a 20% late fee to expedite your orders.

Everyone entering the studio must be registered for a project. 

Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction!  All projects are raw wood with premade stencil and your guests customize everything in studio from choice of stains and paints. Please dress accordingly. Aprons will be provided.

**You may bring a personal beverage of choice to consume during your event. 21+ for beer and wine only.

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your project. We do not offer refunds.

If you cannot attend the class you signed up for you can pick your project to take home, attend another workshop if available or come to an open studio.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

Wood

This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
