Reservation: A $75 booking fee($100 offsite) is required to reserve the studio space for private parties. This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop for up to 2.5 hours. Non-refundable. Does not apply towards product purchase. This fee allows you the privacy of our entire studio space, dedicated workshop leader, personalized web link for ordering and payment, the ability to bring food/beverage of choice if so desired.

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $44-$87. Once booking is finalized, you will go to our project gallery (subject to change) located on the website and decide up to 3 projects you would like to offer to your group. Ā Once you've narrowed down your projects, please let us know the projects you've decided on andĀ if everyone is payingĀ individually or you're paying for everyone. Ā We will then begin working on a link for you event that you will share with your guests to register individually. This may take up to 48 hours to create.

Registration: Your guests will need to individually go to your party link and complete the entire checkout process via your reservation link once created. Ā If you did not receive a confirmation email in the email address entered at checkout, YOUR ORDER DID NOT PROCESS. Orders that do not process completely WILL NOT be prepared. Order changes, if approved, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Registration closes 7 days after your project link is shared with you, in order to create your designs and build your projects. Late submissions may be subject to a rush order fee. Invoice total will be due at this time. šŸ›‘No Parking ZonešŸ›‘
Everyone entering the studio must be registered for a project with your company.Ā 

Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction!Ā  All projects are raw wood and your guests customize everything in studio from choice of stains and paints. Please dress accordingly. Aprons will be provided.

Food/Drinks: We are BYOB(If providing alcohol, everyone in studio must be 21+)Ā for your drinks and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. We also provide tables for food/drinks/rafflesĀ UPON REQUEST DURING BOOKING(now) as this affects other workshop times and employee scheduling. Please bring in paper products, cups, etc. needed for your event. You are responsible for ALL food and beverage clean up. NO BAGGED ICE. MUST BE IN A HARD SIDED COOLER. WE DO NOT DISPOSE OF PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS. OUR BINS ARE FOR ART SUPPLY TRASH ONLY.

WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO ALLOW FOOD AND BEVERAGE(AS OTHER FACILITIES DO) BUT TO BE ABLE TO DO SO YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES. LEAVE THE SPACE AS YOU FOUND IT. TABLES, FLOORS, TRASH.

Due to the customization at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please private message us on Facebook or email us (hammerandstainbhaminc@gmail.com) to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
